If bearing has same model number then its dimentions are same.
The difference between ZZ and 2RS bearings:
-
ZZ Bearings (Metal Shielded Bearings):
- ZZ stands for double metal shield.
- These bearings have metal shields on both sides.
- The metal shields do not make direct contact with the inner ring of the bearing.
- They primarily block larger contaminants (such as dust and debris) from entering the bearing.
- ZZ bearings provide moderate sealing against solid particles.
- They are suitable when you need protection without significant friction.
-
2RS Bearings (Rubber Sealed Bearings):
- 2RS stands for double rubber seal.
- These bearings have rubber seals on both sides.
- The rubber seals create a tight bond with the inner ring of the bearing.
- They effectively seal against both solid contaminants and liquids.
- 2RS bearings provide better protection in contaminated environments.
