Shipping methods and Delivery time:

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.  

Approximate days to deliver the parcel:

Domestic Orders: 2 - 15 Days, Mostly takes 2-7 Working days in Metro cities & capital of states.

International Orders: 10 - 45 Working Days. 

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time. 

Processing time: 

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. 

Shipping Partners

  • We use Delhivery, Xpressbeez, DTDC, India Post to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.

Shipping time: 

  • We make our best efforts to ship your order within same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
  • We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
  • Orders placed before 4.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Shipments through Fedex / Aramex, if created before 04:00 PM will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.
  • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
  • Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. 

All items being sold at Omrook are guaranteed to be delivered to buyers within 60 days. You can get a full refund if you have not received your item(s) beyond this time. 

Full refunds are not available under the following 

circumstances: 

1.Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

2 Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;

3.Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;

4.Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond IndiaLocalShop's control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.

 

The shipping fees of Delhivery Courier, DHL Express and FedEx Ground may vary according to the delivery area and ZIP code, and thus slight mismatch may arise between the charges shown on the product page and on the shopping cart.
